zenkari — Support

zenkari is an iPhone and iPad Akari (Light Up) puzzle app: place lanterns, light every open cell, solve numbered-wall constraints, and explore variations with procedural puzzles, bundled packs, imports, a daily challenge, and optional Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Core solo play runs on your device; no account is required unless you use Game Center features.

Requirements

iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or later
Game Center (Apple ID) is optional and only needed for leaderboards, achievements, and the daily challenge leaderboard flow

Help inside the app

Open How to play from the home screen or settings for a step-by-step tutorial (lantern placement, light rays, numbered walls, and marks). Use Settings to tune appearance (system / light / dark), sound, haptics, conflict highlighting, and the in-game timer. Browse puzzles offers bundled and imported content; Play generates a new board from your chosen variation and size.

If you enable Game Center, sign in from the home screen or settings to access leaderboards, achievements, and today’s challenge.

Reporting a problem or requesting a feature

Check that you are on the latest iOS and the latest app version from the App Store.
Note your device model, iOS version, puzzle variation, and board size if the issue happens on a specific puzzle.
If something still looks wrong, use the Support contact method listed on the app’s App Store product page (Apple passes along the URL you configure in App Store Connect).

Privacy

Solo play does not require a login. Saved puzzles, settings, and local progress stay on your device. Game Center features are provided by Apple when you choose to sign in. For advertising, analytics, and tracking disclosures, see the Privacy Policy. The App Store App Privacy section and in-app prompts (such as App Tracking Transparency) describe how data is used on your device.
